骨质疏松(Osteoporosis,OP)是老年人常见的慢性疾病,是发病率最高的疾病之一,由于早期没有症状常常被人们忽略,严重威胁着老年人的健康。我国日益严重的人口老龄化趋势必然导致骨质疏松症患病率的快速上升,因此如何及早预防及正确治疗骨质疏松症显得尤为重要。本文就原发型骨质疏松的发病原因,如何正确预防以及目前临床上常用的治疗药物做一综述。

Osteoporosis（OP）is a common chronic disease in the elderly and is one of the diseases with the highest incidence.Osteoporosis is often been overlooked because of no symptoms in the early stage,which seriously threatens the health of the elderly.The growing population aging trend in our country inevitably leads to the rapid increase of the prevalence of osteoporosis.Therefore,the correct prevention and treatment of osteoporosis is particularly important.The purpose of this article is to summarize the pathogenesis,prevention and the current clinical drugs of primary osteoporosis.
