实施整体护理在乙型肝炎患者护理中的应用价值探讨

To Explore the Application Value of Holistic Nursing in Patients with Hepatitisb

目的研究整体护理在乙型肝炎患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取乙型肝炎患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组给予传统护理干预,观察组实施整体护理干预,对比两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及护理满意度。结果实施整体护理后观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、患者疾病知识掌握情况及护理满意度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在乙型肝炎患者护理中有着极高的应用价值,能有效缓解患者不良情绪,护理效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To study the application value of holistic nursing in patients with hepatitis b.Methods 98 cases of patients with hepatitis bwere randomly divided into control group and observation group,all the 49 cases,control group given conventional nursing intervention,the observation group to implement the overall nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients with SAS（self rating anxiety scale）and SDS（depression self rating scale）and nursing satisfaction.Results The SAS score,SDS score,knowledge of patient disease and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Holistic nursing has extremely high application value in the nursing of hepatitis b patients,which can effectively alleviate the patients＇ bad mood,and the nursing effect is good and worth promoting.
