This paper analyzes the basis and conditions for innovative culture to strengthen Anhui con- stmction since the 18th National Congress first, and then introduces its contents, ways and achieve- ments together with the prospects, and finally summarizes the primary experience of the developing districts and provinces of abundant cultural resources to construct innovative culturally strong provin- ces, which is in the hope for accelerating the construction of socialist culturally strong nation.
