摘要 微电机转子端盖是PA66+GF20%做成一个壁厚0.5 mm,并且不易成型满足,对称性好的产品。为了达到产品的要求,介绍了模具设计的要点,阐述了模具制造过程重要点。并以镶块为基准进行加工。电极设计采用固定板组合式,以固定板为基准加工。成型工艺中辅助与模温机的应用。能较好地解决不易成型满足,对称性好,厚薄均匀的产品,被用户接受。 The micro-motor rotor end cap is a symmetrical product with a wall thickness of 0.5 mm made of PA66+GF20%, which is not easy to form satisfaction. In order to meet the requirements of the product, the main points of the mold design were introduced, and the important points of the mold manufacturing process were explained. It is processed on the basis of the insert. The electrode design adopts a fixed plate combination type and is processed on basis of the fixed plate. The auxiliary and mold temperature machine is used in molding process. It can better solve difficult forming satisfaction, good symmetry, uniform thickness of the product, accepted by users.
