摘要
首先对中国沿海地区能源利用状况进行总结,其次对中国沿海地区国民经济产业结构和海洋经济产业结构状况分别进行分析,最后在测度能源效率的基础上采用耦合度模型研究中国沿海地区能源效率与产业结构的耦合关系.研究表明:中国沿海地区2006—2015年能源消费量整体呈缓慢上升的发展趋势,能源强度呈逐年递减的变化趋势,北部沿海地区的能源消费量最高,河北省的能源强度最高;沿海地区海洋第三产业占据绝对领先地位,上海市和海南省的产业结构高级度处于高等水平;能源效率与产业结构空间耦合呈以东部沿海3省为高点,向北部和南部逐渐递减的趋势;沿海各省市能源效率的变化弱于第三产业比重的变化,第三产业比重虽间接对能源效率产生影响,但二者之间并非简单的线性关系.
Firstly,the paper summarizes the energy utilization situation in China's coastal areas,and then analyzes the national economy industrial structure of China's coastal areas and Marine economic industrial structure.Finally,research the coupling relationship between energy efficiency and industrial structure is studied by using the coupling model on the basis of measuring energy efficiency.The results show that:the overall energy consumption of the coastal areas of China in 2006—2015 is generally increases slowly,the development trend of the energy intensity is decreasing year by year.The northern coastal area has the highest energy consumption,and the energy intensity of Hebei Province is the highest.The marine third industry in the coastal areas occupies an absolute leading position,and Shanghai and Hainan have advanced level of industrial structure.The spatial coupling of energy efficiency and industrial structure is the highest in the eastern three provinces and gradually decreases to the north and south.The change of energy efficiency in coastal provinces is smaller than that of the tertiary industry,and the proportion of the tertiary industry indirectly affects energy efficiency,but it is not a simple linear relationship.
