西北某电厂输渣机清扫链断链保护的优化实践 被引量:1

摘要 重点分析了边双链输渣机清扫链结构和断链保护设计存在的缺陷。模拟人员判断思维,优化了保护原理,能够较早发现断链前的异常状态并发出故障信号。现场应用实践取得了很好的效果,实现了断链前保护,避免了清扫链断链后带来的高成本的修复代价,保障了输渣系统的安全可靠运行。 The defects in the cleaning chain structure and chain breaking protection design for the side double-chain slag conveying machine are mainly analyzed. The new protection system can simulate human judgment thinking, optimize protection principle and detectabnormal condition before chain breaking and send out fault warning signal. Field applicationhas achieved good results, realizing the pre-break chain protection, avoiding the high restoration cost after chain breaking and ensuring safe and reliable operation of the slag transmission system.
