摘要
学前教育专业质量保障体系是高校为满足用人单位和学生发展需要,通过专业质量标准、程序、制度、规范等手段,对学前教育专业建设工作进行系统管理和过程评估,从而达到或超过预定的质量目标,持续提升学前教育专业教学品质。完善的学前教育专业质量保障体系应体现需求中心、成果导向、持续改进、文化变革等特征,包括质量决策指挥、质量运行生成、质量支持服务、质量监督控制和质量评价反馈等子系统,建立约束机制、激励机制、竞争机制和问责机制。
Perfect pre-school education professional quality guarantee system should reflect demandcenter, results oriented, continuous improvement, cultural change and other characteristics, including thequality decision support command, quality runing generation, quality service, quality supervision, qualitycontrol and evaluation feedback subsystem, establish constraint mechanism, incentive mechanism,competition mechanism, and accountability.
