Thousands of people are now concerned with how to guide university students in the new age to be bold and responsible in hunting jobs or starting their own businesses in a correct way as they will be the backbone of the whole society in the future and the major force to realize the ＂ China Dream ＂. In this situation,their opinions on employment and entrepreneurship have to be adapted and more job opportunities have to be created on the basis of Xi Jinping ＇s theory on socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is believed to be of great significant for rapid economic development and talent cultivation of China.
