油井举升工艺经济界限分析研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为研究油井举升工艺投入成本与回收周期的关系,应用技术经济学与盈亏平衡周期的原理,将投入成本分为一次性投入和生产运行维护两部分,并与油井日产油联系起来建立盈亏平衡周期计算模型,结合油井生产数据,得到油井生产投入成本与经济效益的平衡点,并以大港油田X号平台丛式井应用实例对该方法进行效果分析,结果表明:建立的经济界限分析方法可行,对油井举升工艺的优选具有重要参考意义。 In order to study the relationship between input cost and recovery cycle, this article ap- plies the principle of technology economics and break-even cycle, and divides the input cost into two parts: one-time input and production operation and maintenance, which are related to oil produc- tion, and establishes a breakeven cycle calculation model in relation to oil well daily production. The paper makes balance between production cost and economic benefit by combining with oil well production data, and analyzes the ettect by the application example of the clump well on X platform. The results show that the economic boundai7 analysis method is teasible and has important reterence significance for the optimization of the lilting process of platform cluster wells.
