摘要
以某空气分离机多跨转子系统为研究对象,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS对转子系统进行动态特性分析及动力学参数匹配。分析结果表明:转子系统工作转速介于第二、三阶临近转速中间,有效避开了转子各阶临界转速;空气分离机启动过程跨越第一阶临界转速时,增压机轴段会剧烈振动,需保证该轴段支撑可靠性良好;转子系统第三阶共振引起汽轮机共振,设备维护及故障诊断中需重点关注汽轮机轴段;运用动力学参数匹配技术可以实现所设计转子系统各阶临界转速及振型与目标转子系统各阶临界转速及振型的精确匹配。
The dynamic characteristics are analyzed and the kinetic parameters are matched with the finite element software ANSYS researching on the multi-span rotor system of air separator. The re- sults show that the operating speed of the rotor system is exactly between the second and third ap- proaching speeds, which effectively avoids the critical speeds of all stages. The shaft section of the turbocharger will vibrate violently when starting speed is close to the first critical and the shaft sup- port reliability of the turbocharger needs to be strengthened. The resonance of the steam turbine caused by the third-order resonance of the rotor system and the strength of the shaft section of the steam turbine needs to be paid more attention to in the equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis. The critical speed and vibration modes of the rotor system can be designed as expected with the tech- nology of dynamic matching.
