Model of “Enterprise-School Cooperation”in Technical and Vocational Colleges in Taiwan and Its Enlightenment

摘要 建教合作模式是台湾职业院校的重要组成部分,这种模式极大地提高了企业的热情与学生的就业率,加强了企业和学校之间的合作,扩宽了学生的就业途径,同时它拥有着严格的监管及奖惩措施。借鉴台湾经验,内地职业院校需要加强国内立法管理及政策性帮扶,提高校企合作的规范化,学校专业特色、双师型师资队伍建设等。 Cooperative education between enterprises and schools is an important part of Taiwan vo- cational colleges. This model can greatly improve the students' enthusiasm and enterprise employ- ment, strengthen the cooperation between enterprises and schools, broaden employment for students at the same time. It has a strict supervision and incentive measures. Theretore, from the experience of Taiwan, vocational schools in the mainland need to strengthen domestic legislation management and policy assistance, improve the standardization of school enterprise cooperation, protessional characteristics of schools, and build dual-qualification teachers.
