摘要
红庆河煤矿井底1号煤仓总深度34.486m,净直径10m,掘进直径11m,先期采用LM-120型反井钻机施工直径1.6m的反井钻孔,作为溜矸、通风孔;而后采用钻爆法刷扩,历时78d,完成了施工任务,工期比传统工法缩短了将近1/2,实现了快速施工,工程质量优良。
No.1 coal bunker in the mine shaft bottom of Hongqinghe Mine had a total depth of 34.486 m,a net diameter of 10 m and an excavation diameter of 11 m.Initially a LM 120 mode raise boring machine was applied to drill a raise borehole with a diameter of 1.6 m as a cutting discharging and ventilation borehole.Late a drilling and blasting method was applied to ream the borehole.With a construction period of 78 days,the construction mission was completed.The construction period was reduced by 50% in comparison with the conventional construction method.Thus a rapid construction was realized and the project quality was excellent.
