摘要
多年来,竖井钢罐道水平力的计算仍沿用上世纪80年代末的经验公式。近年来,随着矿山建设技术的发展,出现了大量的深竖井,竖井终端荷载和提升速度也随之提高。南非、澳大利亚等国已将钢罐道水平力计算公式列入本国规范,而我国一直沿用的经验公式已难以适应设计要求。基于此,综合分析了国内外竖井钢罐道水平力计算公式,充分考虑了各公式的适用范围和工程环境,给出了不同工况下的公式取值建议,可供相关从业者参考。
Since several years passed,the horizontal force of the steel cage guide in the mine shaft was calculated along with the experience formula of the late 1980s.In the recent years,with the development of the mine construction technology,a great number of the deep mine shafts was appeared and the terminal load and the hoisting speed of the mine shaft was also increased.In South Africa,Austra lia and other countries,the horizontal force calculation formula of the steel cage guide was listed in the domestic regulations.The experience formula applied in China is hard to meet the design requirements.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the horizontal force of the steel cage guide in the domestic and overseas mine shafts.The application scope and the engineering environment of each formula were fully considered.The proposes on the formula selected were provided under the different performances and could provide the references to the relative practitioner.
