摘要
箱型钢井架结构复杂、质量大,安装难度及要求较高。结合箱型钢结构井架安装方面的实践经验,针对施工场地狭小的三元煤业主井,设计了三腿式箱型钢结构井架及井架吊装方案,详细介绍了井架起立安装工序及起立构件的受力分析计算。该井架于2017-11-03安装完毕,安装工期仅为7d,安全快速地一次性完成了安装任务。
A box model steel headframe would be a complicated structure,high quantity,high difficult assembling and high assembling requirements.In combination with the practice experiences on the assembling of the box model steel structure headframe,according to a narrow construction site of the mine main shaft in Sanyuan Coal,a three legged type box model steel structure headframe and the framework lifting plan was designed.The paper in detail introduced the standing assembling procedure of the framework and the stress analysis and calculation of the standing components.The assembling of the framework was completed on November 3,2017.The assembling period was only 7 days and the assembling mission was safely,rapidly and once completed.
