The Incessant Poem-creating Activity in Meitan— — On the Poetic creation of Su Buqing during the Period of Zhejiang University Moving to the West of Zunyi

浙大西迁遵义期间,成立"湄江吟社"进行诗词创作。其主要成员苏步青除湄江吟社八次集会所作外,尚有不少叙事写景抒情及与亲友赠答唱和的作品。这些诗词记叙生活境况,吟咏黔地风物;营造特殊意象,表达客居心境;运用各种手法,体现精湛诗艺,是苏步青在遵人生轨迹的真实记录,是浙大西迁文化的内容之一,为人们了解乱世时期浙大学人的内心世界提供了真实生动的文学性史料。

During the westward migration of Zhejiang University to Zunyi, ＂Mei Jiang Yin Society＂ was set up to create poems. SuBuqing the main member of the Society, has also written many poems about narration or lyricism or scenery, or other contents, alongwith his poems composed during the eight gatherings in the Mei Jiang Yin Society. All of these poems depict the living situation, or eu-logize Guizhou sceneries in Guizhou, or even createa special image, expressing the mood of visitors. Various techniques are used to em-body exquisite poetic skills, which is the true record of Su Buqing＇s compliance with life track and one of the contents of the culture ofthe westward migration of Zhejiang University. Besides, these poems also provide the real and vivid literature historical data for peopleto understand the inner world of Zhejiang University in the troubled times.
