摘要
针对曲面陶瓷手机后盖精密加工中存在的良品率低的问题,提出了一种基于恒压力控制的工具型磨削机器人柔性抛光工艺。文中搭建了曲面陶瓷手机后盖抛光实验平台,研究了工业机器人主动恒力装置的工作原理及内部控制系统模型;通过主动恒力装置控制不同组的抛光压力对曲面陶瓷手机后盖进行抛光实验,探究了抛光压力对曲面陶瓷手机后盖的抛光质量与磨削比的影响规律。
Aiming at the low yield rate in precision machining of curved ceramic mobile phone back cover,a flexible polishing process of tool-type grinding robot based on constant pressure control is proposed.In this paper,the curved ceramic mobile phone back cover polishing experiment platform is built,and the working principle and internal control system model of the industrial robot active constant force device are studied.Different sets of polishing pressures are controlled by an active constant force device to perform a polishing experiment on the curved ceramic mobile phone back cover.The influence of the polishing pressure on the polishing quality and the grinding ratio of the curved ceramic mobile phone back cover is investigated.
