摘要
面齿轮传动系统的齿面相对运动速度将影响系统的摩擦、润滑及动力学特性,文中根据面齿轮传动特点,推导了面齿轮齿廓曲面在接触点位置的相对速度方程,应用MATLAB进行仿真运算,分析模数、压力角、刀具齿轮与圆柱齿轮齿数差对齿廓曲面相对运动速度的影响。
The relative motion speed between tooth surfaces in face gear transmission system will affect the friction,lubrication and dynamic characteristics of the system.According to the characteristics of the face gear transmission,the relative velocity equation of the surface profile of the face gear at the contact point is derived.The simulation operation analyzes the influence of the modulus,the pressure angle,the difference between the teeth number of the tool gear and the spur gear on the relative motion speed of the tooth profile surface.
