摘要
"物料矫正"是自动化生产线上工业机器人最常见的动作之一,对流水线上的产品进行姿态检测后按照特定程序摆放。文中引入工业相机作为视觉技术环节,在保证了跟踪抓取的精度的同时,进行物料矫正。研究了视觉引导机器人的跟踪矫正动作,为实地生产的工业自动化提供技术支持。
Material correction is one of the most common actions of industrial robots on automated production lines.After the attitude detection of the products on the assembly line,they are placed according to specific procedures.The industrial camera is introduced as a visual technology link,and the material correction is carried out while ensuring the accuracy of tracking and grasping.The tracking and correcting action of the vision-guided robot is studied to provide technical support for the industrial automation produced in the field.
