变参数滚刀加工非标齿轮的探讨

Discussion on the Processing of Non-standard Gears with Variable Parameter Hob

针对非标齿轮的加工问题,采用变参数滚刀的设计方法,改变了原有齿轮的参数,将其模数变为现有滚刀的模数,同时改变其相关参数,用现有的滚刀进行加工,经过检测加工后的齿轮齿形完全符合原设计要求。

In order to solve the machining problem of non-standard gears,the design method of variable-parameter hob is adopted,the parameters of the original gear are changed,the gear modulus is changed to the modulus of the existing hob,and the relevant parameters are changed.Some hobs are processed,and the gear tooth shape after the inspection and processing is completely in accordance with the original design requirements.
