摘要
针对现阶段动力锂电池极片挤压式涂布没有成熟系统的问题,研究开发出一款稳定可靠的动力锂电池极片挤压式涂布系统。借鉴已有的相关研究成果,提出新型的挤压模头型腔设计方法,并设计出衣架型挤压模头型腔。结合转移式涂布系统,完成了供料装置、机头涂布装置、收放卷装置、烘干装置等结构的设计,并完成了控制系统的设计,然后搭建出整个系统,最后使用该系统进行实验,对实验样品进行取样分析,结果显示该系统是可行的。这一研究为动力锂电池极片挤压涂布技术的自主开发提供一定的理论支持。
In view of the problem that the current lithium battery pole piece extrusion coating has no mature system,a stable and reliable power lithium battery pole piece extrusion coating system is researched and developed.Based on the existing research results,a new extrusion die cavity design method is proposed,and a hanger-type extrusion die cavity is designed.Combined with the transfer coating system,the design of the feeding device,the head coating device,the unwinding/rewinding device and the drying device are completed.The design of the control system is completed,and then the entire system is built.Experiments are carried out using this system,and the experimental samples are sampled and analyzed,and the results show that the system is feasible.This research provides theoretical support for the independent development of power lithium battery pole piece extrusion coating technology.
