摘要
工业机器人应用日趋广泛,各高校纷纷开展工业机器人相关教学。但教学设备普遍灵活性较差,仅适用于单一练习。文中介绍一种基于stm32的工业机器人实训模块,通过实训模块的机械设计与电气系统的配合实现各模块的结合。通过实验验证了该模块具备角度调节、循迹、简单装配,以及通过显示屏显示信息,通过平台调节可以灵活地实现不同的实训教学。
The application of industrial robots is becoming more and more extensive,and colleges and universities have started teaching related to industrial robots.However,teaching equipment is generally less flexible and is only suitable for a single exercise.The system adopts modular design,which mainly includes the combination of mechanical design and electrical system of the training module to realize the combination of each module.The experiment proves that the module has angle adjustment,tracking,simple assembly and display information through the display screen.It can flexibly realize different training teaching through platform adjustment.
