电饭煲煲耳注塑加工工艺设计与优化

摘要 采用UG和CAD软件对电饭煲煲耳的结构进行设计。通过对其选材和分析工艺要求,明确注塑加工过程,然后采用Moldflow软件对其进行成型工艺分析,探讨了在模拟过程中产品的关键注塑工艺参数、出现的问题及成因、模具设计对产品质量的影响,并论述了工艺参数的改良措施。通过优化,制品熔接痕、凹痕、气穴等缺陷得以改善,缩短了充填时间和成型周期。 This paper uses UG and CAD software to design the structure of the rice cooker handle.Through the analysis of its material selection and process requirements,the process of injection molding is clarified,and then the molding process analysis is carried out with Moldflow software.The key injection molding process parameters,problems and causes of the product,and the impact of the mold design are discussed during the simulation process,and the optimization method is discussed.Through optimization,defects such as weld marks,dents and cavitation are improved,and the filling time and molding cycle are shortened.
