摘要
为了解决人工采伐毛竹时所出现的工作效率低、劳动强度大等问题,提出了一种集伐竹、打枝、截梢、集材等多种功能于一体的机械化采伐装置设计方案。毛竹联合采伐机分为采伐车和收集车两大部分,采伐车设有夹持装置和传送装置可对毛竹进行切削,整理枝梢后传送到收集车。收集车一侧加升降装置对毛竹进行装箱。夹持装置也可以对整理后的枝梢进行夹取清理装车。该装置操作方便、性价比高,可为毛竹采伐设计和研发提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity when harvesting mao bamboo by artificial,this paper proposes a mechanized harvester design that integrates various functions such as cutting bamboo,branching,cutting,and collecting materials..The mao bamboo harvester is divided into two parts:a harvesting cart and a collecting cart.The harvesting cart is equipped with a clamping device and a conveying device.The mao bamboo can be cut,and the branches can be sorted and transported to the collecting vehicle.The mao bamboo is packed on the side of the collection vehicle with a lifting device.The clamping device can also pick up and clean the loaded branches.The device is easy to operate and cost-effective,and can provide reference for mao bamboo harvesting design and development.
