摘要 设计了一种新型可编程自动化绕线机,可高速稳定地绕制大型高电压互感器电磁线圈,选用三菱FX-3U系列PLC为主控单元,控制步进驱动器和步进电动机拖动绕线机构运动,配置触摸屏人机界面完成对绕制过程的监控,并在软件中设计了不同规格线圈工艺参数输入端口,实现了通过PLC程序控制各种规格高电压互感器电磁线圈的自动绕制。 A new programmable automatic winding machine is designed to wind high-voltage and high-voltage transformer electromagnetic coils at high speed and stability.The Mitsubishi FX-3U series PLC is selected as the main control unit to control the movement of the stepper drive and the stepping motor to drag the winding mechanism.The touch screen man-machine interface is configured to complete the monitoring of the winding process.And the coil process parameter input port of different specifications is designed in the software.The automatic winding of the highvoltage transformer electromagnetic coil of various specifications is controlled by the PLC program.
