摘要
以水液压驱动式四点压力机为例,通过Solid Works软件对其滑块部分进行建模,并使用Solid Works Simulation插件进行有限元分析,得出滑块支点间距变化影响最大变形位移量变化的规律,然后对滑块的结构进行优化设计,为四点压力机中滑块的改进设计提供了数据参考和理论依据。
This paper takes the four-point press driven by water hydraulic cylinder as an example,and uses the Solid Works software to model its slider part and uses Solid Works Simulation plug-in for finite element analysis.The rule that the change of the fulcrum spacing of the slider affects the change of the maximum deformation displacement is obtained.Then the structure of the slider is optimized,which provides a data reference and theoretical basis for the improved design of the slider in the four-point press.
