抽油机三条腿结构支架制造技术研究

Research on Manufacturing Technology of Three-legged Structural Support of Pumping Unit

介绍了目前大多抽油机厂家关于抽油机三条腿结构支架的制造方法,并指出了抽油机三条腿结构支架制作方法上存在的缺陷和不足。对支架结构进行了优化改进,并研制了新型抽油机三条腿结构支架气动组对工装,开展了配套工艺的设计。应用实践表明:通过结构优化改进,利用抽油机三条腿结构支架气动组对工装,采用新工艺制作的支架,可以保证支架的精度,实现同型号支架可以互换,提高了生产效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度。

This paper first introduces the manufacturing methods of three-legged structural support of pumping unit,and points out the defects and deficiencies in the three-legged structural support of pumping unit.Through the optimization and improvement of the support structure,the design of the new three-legged structural support of pumping unit pneumatic tool pair tooling and supporting technology is developed.The application practice shows that through the structural optimization and improvement,pneumatic tooling and new processing technology are used to manufacture the support,which can ensure the accuracy of the bracket,realize the interchange of the same type of support,improve the production efficiency and reduce the workers labor intensity.
