辊压机减速机轴承座孔的修复方法与分析

摘要 针对辊压机减速机轴承座孔的修复,提出了加工扩大轴承座孔然后镶圆环的方法。利用厚壁圆筒理论的传统方法和有限元模拟方法,对修复方案进行对比分析,冷缩装配后圆环内孔会产生一定的收缩量,收缩量随着圆环轴向距离的变化而变化,采用修复方法时需考虑到此收缩量。同时,该修复方案对其他相似内孔的修复工作具有一定的指导意义。 In order to repair the bearing housing hole of the roller press reducer,the bearing housing hole is enlarged and then the ring is set.The traditional method and the finite element simulation method of thick-walled cylinder theory are used to compare and analyze the repairing scheme.After shrink-fitting assembly,the inner hole of the ring will produce a certain amount of shrinkage,and the shrinkage will change with the axial distance of the ring.This amount of shrinkage should be taken into account when using the repair method.At the same time,this repair scheme has certain guiding significance for the repair work of other similar internal holes.
