摘要
针对枞树型叶根加工中采用无刃倾角的高速钢叶根铣刀存在的问题,设计了一种新型叶根铣刀,介绍了该新型叶根铣刀的设计方案。通过实际加工试验对比,验证了该新型叶根铣刀在加工效率、产品质量、使用寿命、综合成本方面的优势,并已在实践当中推广应用。
Aiming at the problem of high-speed steel blade root milling cutter with edge inclination of 0°in fir-tree blade root processing,a new type of blade root milling cutter is designed.The design scheme of the new blade root milling cutter is introduced.The advantages of the new blade root milling cutter in terms of processing efficiency,product quality,service life and comprehensive cost have been verified by actual machining tests,and have been promoted and applied in practice.
