我国中药饮片质量问题及强化监管的对策

Quality problems of Chinese herbal pieces and countermeasures for strengthening supervision

目的强化监管措施,提高我国中药饮片质量。方法总结目前我国中药饮片存在的主要质量问题,分析产生质量问题的根源,提出相应的对策建议。结果中药饮片存在混伪品代用、掺伪,染色、增重,含量测定不合格,有害物质残留等质量问题,主要原因为中药种植不规范、生产企业不规范,流通市场混乱,监管能力不足等。结论应通过完善政策法规,强化生产、流通领域监管,建立中药材流通溯源体系,转变监管理念等方法,加强中药饮片综合监管,从而提高中药饮片质量。

Objective To strengthen the supervision of Chinese herbal pieces and improve the quality of Chi- nese herbal pieces. Methods The main quality problems of the current TCM decoction pieces were summarized;the root causes of TCM decoction pieces quality problems were analyzed;the countermeasures were proposed. Results There are quality problems in Chinese herbal Pieces such as substitution of adulterants, adulteration, dyeing, weight gain, unqualified content determination, residual hazardous substances and so on. The main reasons are non-standard planting of Chinese medicine, irregular production enterprises, confusion in circulation market and inadequate supervision. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive supervision of Chinese herbal pieces and improve the quality of Chinese herbal pieces by improving policies and regulations, strengthening the supervision of production and circulation fields, es- tablishing a system for the circulation of Chinese herbal medicines, and changing the concept of supervision.
