病友支持团队管理对独居代谢综合征患者自我效能和生活质量的影响

Impacts of patient support team management on self-efficacy and quality of life in patients living alone with metabolic syndrome

目的探讨病友支持团队管理对独居代谢综合征患者自我效能和生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年9月至2017年9月在我院就诊的代谢综合征患者660例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者等分为病友支持组与传统治疗组。传统治疗组采用传统的代谢综合征教育方法,病友支持组在传统教育方法的基础上在家接受病友支持团队管理。干预6个月后比较两组患者的身体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、生化指标、自我效能和生活质量。结果病友支持组患者干预后BMI、腰围、FPG、HbAlc、TG、LDL-C均低于传统治疗组(P<0.05),HDL-C含量高于传统治疗组(P<0.05);病友支持组患者干预后自我效能评分明显高于传统治疗组(P<0.05);病友支持组患者干预后各项生活质量评分均高于传统治疗组(P<0.05)。结论病友支持团队管理可以有效提升患者的疾病相关知识以及技能,改善糖代谢和脂代谢,进而改善患者的自我效能和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of patient support team management on self-efficacy and quality of life in patients living alone with metabolic syndrome. Methods To select 660 cases of patients with metabolic syndrome who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September2017 as subjects,and they were divided into the patient support group and the traditional treatment group equally according to the random number table method. The patients in the traditional treatment group adopted the traditional metabolic syndrome education method. The patients in the patient support group was supported by the patient support team management at home based on traditional education methods. Six months after the intervention,the body mass index（ BMI）,waist circumference,biochemical indicators,self-efficacy,and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention,the BMI,waist circumference,FPG,Hb Alc,TG,and LDL-C in the patient support group were all lower than those in the traditional treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. The HDL-C level was higher than that in the traditional treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. The patient self-efficacy score in the patient support group was significantly higher than that in the traditional treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Patients in the patient support group had higher quality of life scores after the intervention than that in the traditional treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Patient support team management can effectively improve the patient＇s disease-related knowledge and skills. In addition,it can improve glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism,thus improving patients＇ self-efficacy and quality of life.
