护理本科生临床实习导师制的应用对带教老师教学能力影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨护理本科生临床实习导师制教学模式对带教老师教学能力的影响。方法选择76名带教老师作为研究对象,分别在2014年未实施导师制前和2015年实行导师制教学模式后,采用护理本科生临床带教老师教学能力问卷对带教老师的教学能力进行调查,比较实施前后带教老师的教学能力水平。结果对护理本科生实行导师制模式1年后,护理本科生、带教老师、护士长对带教老师的教学能力评价得分高于实行导师制模式前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生导师制在临床教学中的应用能有效提高带教老师教学能力,进而提升教学质量。 Objective To explore the influence of clinical practice tutor system teaching model for nursing undergraduates on teaching ability of teachers. Methods To select 76 tutors as research subjects. During 2014 when the tutorial system was not implemented and 2015 when the tutorial education model was conducted,the teaching ability of the tutors was investigated by using the teaching ability questionnaire of nurse faculty clinical teaching teacher.The teaching ability of teachers before and after implementation were compared. Results One year after the implementation of the tutorial model for nursing undergraduates,the teaching ability evaluation scores form nursing undergraduates,clinical teachers,and head nurses for teachers were higher than those before the implementation of the tutorial system. The differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of the tutor system for nursing undergraduates in clinical teaching can effectively improve the teaching ability of teachers as well as the teaching quality.
