我国普通高校本科双语教学发展存在的阻碍及对策研究

The Obstacles and Countermeasures of the Development of Undergraduate Bilingual Teaching in Colleges and Universities in China

随着全球化高速的发展,推进双语教学是促进我国高等教育培养全球化人才的重要路径之一。此文主要通过分析现今高校本科双语教学中存在的几大问题,如缺少合格的双语教学人才,学生外语能力较差,高校针对双语课程的建设体系不完善及现有师资缺乏培训机会等,得出要通过培训,奖励机制等整体提升教师的教学水平和积极性,同时也针对课程建设提出几点改进措施,最后,对不同基础的学生要采用多变的教学方法。

With the rapid development of globalization,advancing bilingual teaching is one of the important ways to promote the cultivation of global talents in higher education in China.This paper mainly analyzes several major problems in the undergraduate bilingual teaching in today＇s colleges and universities,such as the lack of qualified talents for bilingual teaching,the poor foreign language ability of students,the imperfect construction system of bilingual courses for colleges and universities,and the lack of training opportunities for existing teachers.Then this paper proposes that we should improve teachers＇ teaching level and enthusiasm through training and reward mechanism,and also puts forward several improvement measures in terms of curriculum construction.In addition,a variety of teaching methods should be adopted for students with different basic knowledge.
