Study on the Impact of Learning Motivation and Academic Achievement on Undergraduates' Career Planning

本文旨在通过测试大学生对于学习动机自我诊断能力、职业成熟度及收集和学业成绩的系统分析,研究大学生的学习动机和学业成绩对其职业生涯规划所产生的影响。采用特征选取和线性回归相结合的方法得出学习动机、学业成绩分别单独和共同作用下对职业生涯规划所产生的不同影响机制。

The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of undergraduates＇ learning motivation and academic performance on their career planning by analyzing the data of motivation,career maturity and academic achievement.The methods of feature selection and linear regression are used to obtain the different impact mechanism of learning motivation and academic achievement separately and jointly on career planning.
