校外实践教学是培养法学学生实践能力的重要途径。由于受各种因素的制约,法学校外实践教学存在诸多问题。校外实践教学的优化需要借助全程导师制、构建良性互动机制、拓展实践教育基地功能、有机整合多元实践教学模式等路径实现。

The practice teaching outside school is an important way to cultivate the practical ability of law students.Restricted by various factors,there are many problems in the practice teaching outside school.The optimization of practice teaching should be realized by means of the effective tutor system,the benign interaction mechanism,the practical education base,and the organic integration of multiple practice teaching mode.
