伪满洲国政权建制的殖民性刍论

Research on the Colonial Nature of Authority Establishment in Manchukuo

伪满洲国是日本武力占领东北后建立的殖民政权。在中国东北沦陷的十四年中,伪满洲国为日本关东军控制中国东北,实现日本的殖民统治起到了重要的媒介作用。为了塑造这一侵略媒介,日本通过了一系列针对于占领和控制中国东北地区的"独立国"方案,并通过建立伪地方政权、成立中央政务委员会、建立伪满洲国等步骤,一步步地建立起一套专为其殖民统治服务的傀儡政权,突出体现在其政权建制同日本天皇制的"高仿性"、日本势力在政治结构中处于核心地位等方面。日本通过伪满洲国殖民化的政权建制,以"总务厅中心主义"为基点,以一种"内部指导"的形式"低调地"控制着伪满洲国的实际大权,彻底地将伪满洲国乃至中国东北纳入了日本帝国的殖民体系。

Manchukuo as the authority form made by Japanese army after conquered northeastern China. By falling into enemy hands for fourteen years, Manchukuo as the medium, to control the region in northeast of China, as well as achieving Japanese colony. To develop this aggressive communication, a series of scenarios used to occupy and control northeast, set up Manchukuo authority, found the central political committee, build the Manchukuo, so that got the puppet regime, with the feature of high imitation of Japanese politics, and their authority as the core of political structure. Through the colonial nature of authority establishment in Manchukuo, based on general office centralism, use the form of internal control, silently control the truly authority, and totally put the Manchukuo and China into the Japanese colonial system.
