构建吉林省自由贸易试验区的对策探讨

Discussion on the Strategy of Establishment of Free Trade Test Area in Jilin

自由贸易区建设是推进国家和地区经济发展的有效途径,吉林省的独特区位及"一带一路"倡议、振兴东北战略等政策优势成为吉林省申报自由贸易区的现实基础,也是吉林振兴的必由之路。本文进一步认为构建吉林省自由贸易区需要加强产业发展模式变革,完善系统信息化平台和建设现代物流中心等。同时,应充分发挥综合保税区的辐射带动作用,不断创新加快可持续发展,做好金融配套服务相关准备。

The establishment of free trade zone is one way to advance country and regional economy development. The special location and promotion of Belt and Road, revitalizing northeastern area, are the basis of applying free trade zone. This paper states that it needs to strengthen the reform of industrial mode, as well as advocate systematic stage, and modern logistics center. Meanwhile, the advocating function of bonded area needs to fully play, constantly speed up the sustainable development, make preparation for financial service.
