基于小波分析的呼吸音采集系统设计

摘要 呼吸音信号蕴含着重要的生理病理信息,通过呼吸音采集分析系统可以克服传统呼吸音听诊的缺陷,给医生提供更加直观和客观的信息。呼吸音采集系统采用专业的呼吸音传感器,以DSP为处理核心,采用基于小波分析的自适应阈值方法去除心音和其他噪声干扰;将经过处理的呼吸音波形在彩色触摸屏上实时显示,并且进行存储。经试验和调试表明该系统具有较好的应用和推广价值。 Much of important physiological and pathological information is included in respiratory sound signals.Shortcomings of traditional stethoscopes can be overcome by using a system of collecting and analyzing respiratory sound and more visible and objective information can be shown to doctors.In this paper,a respiratory sound acquisition system was designed,and a professional respiratory sound sensor and a high performance DSP chip were used in the system.Algorithms of wavelet analysis were taken to de-noise heart sound and other noises by using adaptive thresholds.The de-noised waveform of respiratory sound was displayed in TFT-LCD and stored in SD card.After debugging and test,the system is of a good application and promotion value.
