摘要
传统测试方法难以满足风电机组控制软件批量化测试要求,为此提出了在办公室利用GH Bladed软件进行控制系统软件测试的方法。介绍了GH Bladed软件在控制软件测试中的相关应用技术,研究了GH Bladed Hardware Test软件与被测控制系统的交互机制,设计了控制软件测试框架。最后,利用该方法测试了运达1.5MW控制系统软件启机过程与紧急停机过程。测试结果表明,该测试方法是可行的,可以满足机组软件测试要求。
The traditional test method is difficult to meet the batch test requirements of wind turbine control software.A software testing method of control system in office is presented by using GH Bladed software.This paper introduces the related technologies of GH Bladed software in controlling software testing,studies the interaction mechanism between GH Bladed Hardware Test software and the tested control system,and designs the testing framework of control software.Finally,this method is used to test the starting process and emergency shutdown process of the Windey 1.5 MW control system software.The test results show that the test method is feasible,and can satisfy the test requirement of the wind turbine software.
