摘要
针对某割草机车架存在着结构应力不能同时满足水平弯曲、左前轮悬空、左后轮悬空、紧急制动四种工况下的强度需求的问题,利用Nastran建立了割草机车架的优化模型,通过基于厚度尺寸寻优策略,寻求了最优截面尺寸,优化了车架应力状况,满足了四种工况的强度要求,实现了车身重量最轻。
To solve the problem that the structural stress of amower frame can′t meet the requirements of four conditions such as horizontal bending,left front wheel suspension,left rear wheel suspension and emergency braking,the optimal model of the frame of the mower was set up by use of Nastran.The optimal cross-sectional dimension was obtained and the stress condition of the frame was optimized based on the optimization model of the thickness of the frame.The optimized structural strength could meet the requirements of the four working conditions,and the weight of the vehicle body was lightest.
