摘要
结合200t桥机起升机构设计,对比分析8倍率和10倍率滑轮组的卷绕系统方案中减速器型号、额定转矩、高速轴许用功率利用率以及钢绳偏角等因素的差别,最后给出了一种大倍率桥机非常规卷绕系统解决方案。
Combined with the design of the hoisting mechanism of 200 tbridge crane,the paper contrasted the 8-ratio with 10-ratio of the pulley-block in the winding system from aspects of the gear reducer type,the rated torque,the allowable power utilization factor at high-speed shaft in the gear reducer and the deflection angle of wire rope.At last,an unconventional winding system for a large ratio bridge crane was presented.
