摘要
为研究钛合金薄壁件铣削工艺,设计了钛合金薄壁件四因素-四水平正交铣削试验,通过对所得数据(切削力和粗糙度)进行极差分析,获得了各加工参数对铣削力的影响;同时建立了钛合金薄壁件切削力经验公式和粗糙度经验公式,为后续的钛合金薄壁件铣削加工提供了理论研究基础。
To investigate the milling process of titanium alloy thin-walled parts,a four factors and four levels orthogonal milling experiment of a titanium alloy thin-walled part was designed.Through the range analysis on the data of cutting force and surface roughness,the influences of machining parameters on milling force were analyzed.At the same time,the empirical formulas of cutting force and the roughness of the titanium alloy thin-walled parts were established,which would provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up study of titanium alloy thin-walled parts.
