摘要
在动力锂电池PACK包生产组装过程中,电芯的分档选取、配组方案直接影响了电池包的质量和电芯的利用率。为了有效地提高电池包的质量,提高生产效率,在考虑了单个电芯之间一致性的同时对每个生产计划的电芯进行最优化利用。首先对电芯进行分档,并根据各档电芯不同组合所得到的模组电芯间的一致性和电芯的利用率对配组方案进行优化求解,得到最优方案;然后再对剩余电芯进行循环选取,直到一个工作计划结束。经过利用MATLAB进行运算仿真以及在装配线上进行生产试验,结果证明此方案是有效可行的。
In power lithium battery PACK bag production assembly process,the batteries selection and matched group plan directly affect the quality of the battery PACK bag and the utilization rate of the batteries.In this paper,in order to effectively improve the quality of the battery PACK bag and production efficiency,the consistency of individual batteries and the optimal application of each production plan were considered.Firstly,the batteries were classified,then the match group plan was optimized according to the consistency and the utilization rate of different combinations of various batteries modules.After that the remaining batteries were selected again,until the end of a work plan.Both MTALAB simulation and production test prove that this scheme is effective and feasible.
