摘要
设计了一种基于PLC的装配控制系统,阐述了装配控制系统的结构和控制功能。装配控制系统由传感器、检测装置、执行机构等组成,设计了与PLC匹配的控制系统输入、输出口分配表,编制了梯形图控制程序。经实际应用,系统运动灵活精准,报警提示及时,达到了预期的控制效果,具有广泛推广和应用价值。
This paper introduces the principle and optimization design of an assembly control system to realize interaction communication between host computer MCGS and slave computer PLC,and expounds its control function flow chart.The system is composed of sensors,monitoring module and executive mechanism etc.At the same time,a control system input and output allocation table matching with PLC is designed,and a ladder diagram control program is compiled.After practical application,the system is flexible and precise,and the alarm prompt is achieved in time.It achieves the desired control effect and has wide application and popularization value.
