摘要
商科类专业以应用型创新人才培养为导向,进行有创新性、针对性的教育和专业训练。地方性商科人才创新能力的培养重视3个课堂,分别是以课堂教学为中心的"第一课堂",以课外科技活动为中心的"第二课堂"和以校外具体实践为中心的"第三课堂"。地方性商科应把创新能力培养的理念贯穿教学过程中,整合各类大学生创新能力的培养途径。
Business majors are oriented to the cultivation of applied and innovative talents, and innovative education andprofessional training should be carried out.The cultivation of local business talents attaches great importance to three classes, namely, the “first classroom” centered on classroom teaching, the “second classroom” centered on extracurricular scientific and technological activities, the “third classroom” centered on extracurricular concrete practice.The idea of cultivating innovative ability should be run through the teaching process, and the cultivation ways of various types of College Students’ innovative ability should be integrated.
