轨道交通信号专业顶岗实习管理与监督模式研究

摘要 我国城市轨道交通运输业发展需要大量的后备专业人才,高职院校人才培养方案的制定致力于寻求最符合企业的用人要求。学生顶岗实习是检验每个学校理论教学、实训教学、认识实习的一个综合性实践教学,是学校和企业培养学生职业素养、专业技能,促进学生精准就业的行之有效的途径。在顶岗实习过程中,存在学生实习时间长、实习岗位多且分散、实习过程管理困难、学生在企业实习的效果较难监控等特点。因此,对顶岗实习过程管理的研究与优化,在学校、企业与学生3方之间形成共同监督的模式。 Personnelcultivating program in vocational colleges in China should meet the requirementof the relevant employers under a condition that many professional reserveworkers are needed in the rapid development process of urbanrail transitsystem of China. Substituted post exercitation, which is anapproach for students to obtain occupational qualities, professional skills andemployments, is a comprehensive method to examine the practical effects oftheory teaching, practical teaching as well as cognition practice. In fact, inexercitation process, there are many issues required to be resolved due to longduration of exercitation, scattered distribution of exercitation anddifficulties in exercitation manipulation. Hence based on these issues, theinvestigations with regard to optimization in exercitation process should beconducted among colleges, students and employers.
