摘要
随着我国长输油气管道建设里程的不断增加,越来越多的管道通过了矿产探矿区、采矿区和采空区,这些地区以后均有可能会因地下矿产的过度开采造成不同程度的地面沉陷、地表开裂,进而对埋地输油气管道造成破坏。为了保障这些地区管道安全,需要对不同采空区情况提出适宜的治理措施,这对于采空区管道而言属于需要进一步研究的新课题。以蒲县—河津输气管道遭受的采空塌陷地质灾害为例,通过建立采空区沉降监测系统和开展管道应力状态分析校核等手段,综合物理勘测、现场监测数据分析、专家经验、管道应力计算分析以及采空区地质安全评价,采取管沟开挖、截排水、焊缝保护、适时抬管、降压输气、监测预警等应急措施,有效降低了管道遭受危害风险,保障了管道安全运营。
With the continuous increase in the nfileage of long-distance oil and gas pipelines in China, more and more pipelines need to pass through prospecting areas, nfining areas and nfined-out areas. In these areas, underground subsidence and surface cracking may occur due to over-exploitation of underground nfinerals, which may cause damage to buried oil and gas pipelines. In order to ensure the safety of the pipelines in these areas,it is necessary to put forward appropriate measures for the managenlent of different nfined-out areas. This is a new topic that needs further study for the nfined-out area pipelines. This paper took the geological disasters of the collapsible subsidence suffered by the Puxian-Hejin gas transnfission pipeline as an example, through the establishment of a settlement monitoring system for mined-out area and the analysis and verification of pipeline stress status, according to the physical survey, on-site monitoring data analysis, expert experience, calculation and analysis of pipeline stress, evaluation of geological safely in mined-out area, a series of emergency measures were carried out, including trench excavation, interception and drainage, weld protection, timely pipe lifting, decompression and gas transmission, and monitoring and early warning measures, and so on. The risk of pipeline damage was effectively reduced, and the safe operation of pipelines was ensured.
