PLC在无极绳绞车保护系统中的设计与应用

Design and application of endless rope winch protection system based on PLC

针对现有无极绳绞车保护系统不够完善,缺少越位、超速、张紧力下降等保护,一旦出现上述故障不能及时停车,将带来很大的安全隐患的问题。基于PLC控制技术及现有材料配件设计了一种新的无极绳绞车保护控制系统,使无极绳绞车的使用运行符合《煤矿安全规程》要求,并在现场得到了很好的应用,节约了投入成本,具有推广使用价值。

In view of the imperfection of the existing protection system of the endless rope winch, the lack of offside, overspeed, tension drop and other protection, once the above-mentioned failures can not stop in time, and it will bring great security problems. Based on PLC control technology and existing materials and accessories, a new protection and control system of the endless rope winch was designed,which made the operation of the endless rope winch meet the requirements of ＂ Coal Mine Safety Regulations＂. It has been well applied in the field, to save the investment cost and to be worth popularizing.
