含喹啉套索醚探针的设计及其对镉离子的识别行为研究

摘要 作为主客体化学的重要分子,套索醚因结构中存在起协同配位作用的侧臂而显示出优异的金属离子络合作用。本文以喹啉作为侧臂,设计合成含氮杂冠醚结构的套索醚分子,利用喹啉作为荧光发色团研究金属络合行为。结果显示,该套索醚荧光探针体现出对镉离子的特异响应,是一种有效区分锌、镉离子的荧光探针体系。 In the field of host-guest chemistry,lasso ether exhibits excellent coordination behavior with metal ion due to the presence of side-arms in the moiety. In this paper,quinoline was used as a side arm to design and synthesize a lasso ether molecule based on a nitrogen-containing heterocrown ether. Meanwhile quinoline was utilized as a fluorescence chromophore to study metal ion coordination behavior. The results show that the lasso ether fluorescent probe exhibits a specific response to cadmium ions and it can effectively distinguish cadmium ions from zinc.
