摘要
在实验室中利用多聚甲醛和苯酚制备酚醛树脂,然后对酚醛树脂进行发泡实验研究,其次将不同质量、相对分子质量的聚乙二醇做为变量,在酚醛树脂脱水阶段加入聚乙二醇,得到改性后的酚醛树脂,通过加入发泡剂、固化剂、表面活性剂并发泡得到增韧后的酚醛树脂泡沫,然后用万能试验机测试增韧后酚醛树脂泡沫力学性能参数,研究使酚醛树脂泡沫增韧效果达到最优的聚乙二醇的质量和相对分子质量。最后通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪分析酚醛树脂的结构。
Preparation of phenolic resin with formaldehyde and phenol in the laboratory,and then foaming phenolic resin was researched,the polyethylene glycol with different molecular and different weight were seen as the variable parameters,can make the study of phenolic foam toughening effect to achieve the best dosage and molecular weight of polyethylene glycol. A certain amount of polyethylene glycol was added to the phenol formaldehyde resin to obtain the modified phenolic resin. By adding foaming agent,curing agent,surfactant foaming toughened phenolic foam,and then influence the tensile testing of polyethylene glycol on mechanical properties of phenolic foam,and finally through the Fu Liye transform infrared spectroscopy analysis of phenolic resin structure.
