水质对以萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物(NNO)为分散剂加工的氟铃脲悬浮剂流变性的影响

摘要 为研究水质对以萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物(NNO)为分散剂加工的氟铃脲水悬浮剂流变性的影响,以指导该剂型的加工,采用控制应力流变仪测定了水中无机盐电解质种类和浓度、水的p H值变化等因素下制剂的流变性。结果发现:以不同水质对以萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物(NNO)为分散剂加工的氟铃脲水悬浮剂的流变曲线符合Herschel-Bulkley流变模型;阳离子电解质的添加对氟铃脲悬浮剂的流变曲线影响较小。阴离子电解质的添加对氟铃脲悬浮剂的流变曲线影响较大。阳离子电解质的添加对氟铃脲悬浮剂的影响规律不明显,添加了阴离子电解质的氟铃脲悬浮剂减少了稠度系数K,增加了屈服值τH和流动行为指数n,具有"剪切增稠"特征,拟合决定系数都高于0.99。在水的p H值很低时,悬浮体系的黏度较高,悬浮体系屈服值τH也较高,稠度系数K较大,流动行为指数n较小,随着水的p H值增加,悬浮体系的黏度和悬浮体系屈服值τH降低,流动行为指数n变大,拟合决定系数R2都高于0.99。 In order to study the effect of water quality with naphthyl sulfonate formaldehyde condensation( NNO) on the rheological properties of hexaflumuron suspension concentrate( SC),and to facilitate its processing procedure,the rheology behavior of hexaflumuron SC prepared from with the type and concentration of inorganic salt electrolytes in water and the p H value of water were studied by using the control stress rheometer. The results demonstrated that the rheological curve of hexaflumuron SC,which include different water quality with NNO,coincided with the Herschel-Bulkley rheological model. The addition of cationic electrolytes has little effect on the rheological profile of the hexaflumuron suspension,and the addition of anionic electrolyte has a great influence on that. The influence of the addition of cationic electrolytes on the hexaflumuron suspension was not obvious,and the hexaflumuron suspension with anionic electrolyte added reduced the consistency coefficient K,increased the yield value τHand the flow behavior index n,with"shear thickening"characteristics,and the fitting determination coefficients are all higher than 0. 99. When the pH of the water is very low,the viscosity of the suspension system is higher,the yield value τHof the suspension system is also higher,the consistency coefficient K is larger,the flow behavior index n is smaller,and the viscosity of the suspension system increases with the pH value of the water. And the yield value τHof the suspension system decreases,the flow behavior index n increases,and the fitting determination coefficient R^2 is higher than 0. 99.
